ICF Netherlands is The Official Dutch Chapter of The International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing professional coaching, representing around 60.000 members across 166 countries.
We bring together a diverse network of coaches in the Netherlands who are committed to professional excellence, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
Established in 2006, we are one of the earliest ICF chapters in Europe and today we’re proud to bring together nearly 650 members.
What we do
ICF Netherlands represents and supports professional coaches across the country by upholding the global standards, ethics, and competencies of ICF Global.
Our community is grounded in professional development, peer learning, and meaningful human connection. This foundation equips our members with the research-informed insights and practical tools to guide suitable growth for their clients.
We also promote the value of professional coaching to organizations and the public, serving as the trusted reference for those seeking qualified coaches. By championing excellence and integrity, we help clients connect with professionals who meet internationally recognized coaching standards.
ICF Ethics
At ICF Netherlands, ethics are central to professional coaching. We actively uphold and promote the ethical principles and standards of ICF, ensuring that integrity, trust, and accountability remain the foundation of our collective practice.
