20 Years of ICF Netherlands
Honoring the past. Celebrating the present. Shaping the future.
On 18 September 2026, ICF Netherlands celebrates 20 years of coaching, community and professional impact: from the first pioneers who laid the foundation, to the vibrant community we are today, to the future we are ready to shape.
This is more than an anniversary. As technology and AI accelerate change, the role of the coach becomes even more essential. This conference invites you to pause, reflect, and deepen your awareness of who we are as a profession, what we stand for, and how we choose to lead what comes next.

Interactive workshops
Practical tools and fresh insights to strengthen and future-proof your coaching practice.
Our parallel workshops run from 11:35 to 12:55 (75 minutes). With several sessions happening at the same time, you’ll get to dive deep into the topic that matters most to you right now. Take a look below and pick your path.
WORKSHOP 1:
Pitching Your Practice: A workshop for coaches who can help anyone — except apparently themselves. By Natasha Kalidin, CPCC, PCC.
We coach others through hard conversations. Our own pitch? Absolute chaos. We help clients articulate their value, clarify their purpose, and communicate with confidence. Then someone asks “So what do you do?” at a local meetup — and we dissolve into a seven-minute monologue involving Carl Jung and a butterfly metaphor. This workshop is the safe space to fix that.
WORKSHOP 2:
Vocal Music Clinic by Adriana Romijn, Ela Rath ACC, Tiziana Pintus PCC.
The Vocal Music Clinic is an interactive musical experience that brings the coaching community together through singing, rhythm, movement, and creative collaboration. Designed for people of all musical abilities, the workshop focuses on participation, confidence, and connection rather than musical perfection. Through shared creativity you can strengthen connection, communication, listening, teamwork, and self-expression while experiencing the joy of creating something together.
WORKSHOP 3:
Exploring Power and Privilege in Coaching: What We Hear and What We Miss. By PRITAM JHA, ICF ACC, Jihene Gati, ICF PCC and Sibel Aydin, ICF Member (ACC expired).
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the hidden dynamics that influence every coaching conversation through a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) lens. Using the Wheel of Power and Privilege as a practical reflection tool, we’ll move beyond listening for content and learn to notice the identities, experiences, assumptions, and systems that shape how people show up, what feels possible, and what feels risky.
Powerful connections
Meet peers, exchange ideas and strengthen our coaching community. Beyond the interactive workshops, where you’ll connect with fellow coaches in small groups, there’s plenty of space to network throughout the day over coffee breaks, lunch, and a celebratory dinner.
