Marco works at the intersection of connection, trust and performance: helping leaders and teams build the foundations for sustainable impact. His perspective bridges experience and future readiness grounded in what truly makes collaboration work.
Tünde Horváth, MCC (ICF), MA
Keynote speaker on leading through uncertainty, leadership and team coach, PhD student at INSEAD.
Tünde creates space for leaders navigating the in-between: where clarity is not yet formed and new possibilities begin to emerge. Her work invites awareness, courage and grounded leadership in times of change.
Helanah Warren
Leadership coach and speaker focused on human-centered transformation in a rapidly changing world.
As a Founding Member of the AI and Coaching Advisory Council at the International Coaching Federation, Helanah advises the global board on positioning and partnerships to establish ICF as the authority on ethical, human-centered AI in coaching. Her work brings a future-oriented perspective on how we lead, relate and create impact in an AI-driven world.
