Embodiment is an essential part of how we show up as coaches — in our presence, awareness, energy, and way of being. ICF Netherlands invites all coaches to explore embodiment as a pathway to deeper presence, connection, and authenticity in coaching practice. Through reflection and experiential exercises, participants will become more aware of how the body supports grounding, confidence, and meaningful connection in coaching conversations. The session will offer space to pause, notice, reflect, and experience simple embodiment practices that can support both the coach and the coaching relationship. Real-time use cases that call for embodiment in leadership, confidence, and body awareness will be discussed, helping participants connect the practices to everyday coaching situations. As part of our coaching community spirit, we warmly invite participants to bring a small snack during the meet-up, as a tradition to help cultivate connection & enjoy conversations beyond the session. By the end of this interactive session, participants will have explored embodiment as a way to strengthen their presence, awareness, and impact as coaches. Participants will take away: * A deeper understanding of embodiment in coaching practices This event is led by Ela Rath, a member of the ICF L&D Team, who leads the ICF Local Meet-Ups initiative.
