Host a Local Community Meet-Up
At ICF Netherlands, we are proud to see our community becoming increasingly international, diverse and vibrant.
What connects us? A shared commitment to the gold standard of coaching: human, authentic and transformative.
Since January 2025, the ICF NL Chapter Local Community Meet-Ups have been reintroduced as live, in-person gatherings organised by and for professional coaches. These events typically host around 30 participants and offer space to connect, grow and be inspired, fully aligned with the spirit and standards of ICF.
We aim to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, whether you are an experienced coach, just starting out, or exploring the profession.
Each Meet-Up includes:
- An informal networking moment
- A 60–90 minute interactive workshop linked to the ICF Core Competencies
Think of it as a space to explore, experiment and learn together.

- A non-commercial, non-profit initiative
- Focused on community and mutual support
- Open to ICF NL members and aspiring coaches who share our values
- A small location budget is available
- Participants are encouraged to bring a favourite snack to share, keeping the atmosphere informal and generous

We encourage co-hosting with another coach in your city, collaboration often makes it even more powerful.
