Meet the Team
The Netherlands Chapter of the International Coaching Federation is led and supported by a dedicated group of volunteers. Together, they contribute their time, expertise, and energy to strengthen the professional coaching community in the Netherlands.
Our chapter operates through a Board of Directors and several committees that support specific areas of the chapter’s work, including learning, ethics, diversity and inclusion, and special initiatives.
The NL Chapter Board
The Chapter board provides strategic direction and governance for the Netherlands Chapter. Board members are elected volunteers who ensure that the chapter operates in alignment with the mission, standards, and global framework of the International Coaching Federation.
DEIB Committee
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
The DEIB Committee supports awareness and learning around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the chapter. The committee focuses on internal learning within ICF Netherlands, initiatives for members, and surveys that help the chapter understand how to strengthen inclusion within the coaching community.
Learning & Development Committee
Events and professional development
The Learning & Development Committee (Events Team) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an annual education and networking plan for the chapter.
This includes organizing professional development events, workshops, and networking opportunities that support coaches in their continued learning and connection with the coaching community in the Netherlands.

The Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee supports awareness and learning around the ICF Code of Ethics.
The team provides educational initiatives and learning opportunities that help coaches understand and apply the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation in their professional practice.
