In coaching werken we met mensen die zich bezighouden met wezenlijke vragen over richting, betekenis, gedrag en verantwoordelijkheid. Dat maakt ons werk betekenisvol en soms ook complex. Niet alles wat een coachee inbrengt, hoort vanzelfsprekend thuis binnen coaching. En juist daar, op die grens, wordt ons vak ethisch.
