My life’s purpose is to help leaders, teams, and organizations increase their transformative impact in our ever-changing world.

As an international business leader, I’ve worked in Europe and New York for global companies. A true explorer at heart, I’ve led significant transformations and know firsthand the bumpy road of implementing change, adapting culture, and helping people grow.

A few years ago, I chose to focus full-time on coaching and transformational leadership development. This led me to a deep interest in systemic team coaching, earned several qualifications in this field, and continue to expand my knowledge and expertise in this evolving field.

People say they experience me as open, non-judgmental, intuitive, lateral-thinking, and inviting to see new perspectives. My two young adult children would likely add that I’m caring, loving, and fun (that is, most days). I hope to bring all of that to my role as a board member of ICF Netherlands, preparing the ICF Chapter Netherlands for its next phase of growth.
