I am an executive coach with over 20 years of international experience and more than 2,500 coaching hours, having supported over 600 leaders across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Fluent in five languages, I bring a truly global perspective to every coaching relationship.
My work is rooted in Co-Active Coaching and NLP, and I believe that sustainable organisational impact begins with courageous self-leadership. I specialise in self-leadership, systemic relations and executive presence, with a strong focus on multicultural leadership and Diversity & Inclusion. Alongside my coaching practice, I lead a team within a women’s leadership association.
