I believe in the power of humanity in business. As a leadership and team coach, I help people lead from purpose and love, not fear, and bring more wholeness to how we work, live, and lead.

Born and raised in Indonesia, I’ve lived in the Netherlands for many years now. My professional roots lie in organizational development, change management, and leadership—with over 20 years of experience mentoring leaders and leading international teams and communities myself. These days, my passion is coaching—especially systemic work that makes visible what often remains invisible.

I am certified in CPCC, ORSCC, Leadership Circle Profile, TDS, Kantor, and Breathe to Heal. I also continue to deepen my knowledge of organizational constellations and systemic interventions. Always learning, always evolving.

Colleagues and clients describe me as a warm breeze of love – calm, creative, grounded, and purpose-driven. I call myself a grateful global citizen, a consciousness expander, a bringer of peace, a beloved partner, and a proud mother of three teenagers. I continue to balance fulfillment at home with my contribution to a more beautiful world.
